Refund Policy

Summary
We honor the EU 14-day right of withdrawal, with one specific exception for digital content delivered immediately. Refunds are processed within 14 days of approval, back to the original payment method.
Beckham Law Tax Report (€19)
The PDF report is generated and emailed within minutes of payment. By clicking Pay on the Stripe checkout, you:
- Expressly request immediate performance of the digital service.
- Acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal under Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU once the PDF is generated and delivered.
You are still entitled to a full refund if:
- The PDF does not arrive within 24 hours of payment, and our support cannot resolve it.
- The report contains material errors caused by a defect in our calculator (not a tax-law change after the report was generated).
- You were charged twice for the same order.
Email expatlyservice@gmail.com with your Stripe receipt; we respond within 48 hours.
Apply-for-Me service (€149 / €299 / €399)
Apply-for-Me connects you with a licensed Spanish gestor, lawyer, or translator who handles your Beckham Law / DNV / NIE filing.
- Before partner work begins: 14-day full refund, no questions asked.
- After partner work begins: pro-rata refund for unworked portions. The partner deducts billable hours already invested.
- If partner cannot deliver: if the assigned partner withdraws or the application is rejected for reasons unrelated to applicant misrepresentation, full refund of Expatly's fee (partner-side fees governed separately).
How to Request a Refund
- Email expatlyservice@gmail.com with subject "Refund request — [order ID]".
- Include the email address used at checkout, Stripe receipt or session ID, and a brief reason.
- We review within 48 hours and reply with a decision or follow-up question.
- Approved refunds are issued via Stripe back to your original card; funds appear within 5-10 business days.
EU Online Dispute Resolution
If you are dissatisfied with our decision, EU residents can use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
